Hello I am extremely new to Linux and would very much like to learn how to use it. I tried using Ubuntu but had a ton of trouble configuring the wireless network card so I uninstalled it. I am looking for a distro to dual boot with windows. Which of these would be the best for a Linux newb to get the internet working?

    openSUSE
    PCLinuxOS
    Linux Mint
    Fedora

    Thank You very much.

You should try Fedora 7. I'm using it and I am a linux newbie also and the install was very simple. Also it detected all the hardware i have.

Hmm... maybe your problem with Ubuntu can be solved by a more experienced user so maybe it is worth it to describe it in more details (on a different post or on the ubuntu forums whatever you prefer).

Now regarding your question I would say you can take a look at the distro I was using before seeing ubuntu, and this was called at that time mandrake. Now it is called Mandriva Linux and it is available from http://www.mandriva.com/
I would suggest to try out the CD-bootable version (Mandriva One): Download Mandriva One and see if that works for you (instead of installing it over the hdd).
